Description

The UNFCCC secretariat is seeking qualified vendors who can provide high quality technical support, in areas including but not limited to:

  • Project and service management, Application development and integration, Solution Architecture, SW maintenance and support, DevOps;
  • Service Desk, Customer Support, Meetings and Workshop support;
  • HW maintenance and support, onsite and remote operation monitoring, network and infrastructure support;

It is intended to set up multi-source long-term agreements that cover the provision of one or more of the listed areas of expertise, as:

  • Managed Services and/or
  • IT Human Resources, covering a range of IT skill profiles to be available quickly and cost-effectively upon request
