INTRODUCTION Under FAOSOM’S Somalia Information and Resilience Action (SIRA) Project, FAO intends to build the community’s capacity to better absorb shocks caused by climate change resulting to recurring long droughts. This action aims to provide modern fodder storage space in which fodder planted and harvested during the rainy season can be processed and stored and be used during times of scarcity. CONTRACT OBJECTIVES The objective of the contract is constructing additional infrastructure for fodder storage shed in each of the five villages (Dhuhunka, Duudweyne, Geed Diqsi, Jarahorato & Waxaro Walislay) in Baki District, Somaliland Location: The sheds are located in Baki District in Dhuhunka, Duudweyne, Geed Diqsi, Jarahorato & Waxaro Walislay Villages
