In reference to the above mentioned subject, UNICEF is pleased to invite you to  LITB-2022-9172990  Provision of UPS Batteries and Air Compressors for Desalination Plants

 

You are kindly requested to submit your proposal “Technical Proposal & Financial Proposal” IN TWO SEPARATE E-MAILS, ONE FOR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL, ONE FOR FINANCIAL PROPOSAL

ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE PROPERLY MARKED WITH BID NUMBER IN SUBJECT, AS BELOW:

IF  TECHNICAL PROPOSAL INCLUDES ANY PRICING OR NUMBERING, YOUR PROPOSAL WILL BE INVALIDATED

All proposals must be sent by email to supply.libya@unicef.org ONLY no later than 8 February 2022 at 12:00 pm Libya Time, otherwise it will be considered as not valid.

  1. Only proposals received through supply.libya@unicef.org with subject tender number will be valid, any proposals received through any other e-mail will be INVALIDATED.
  2. Please note that any inquiries related to this request for proposal will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY and will not be considered through phone calls.
  3. The maximum email size limit for our email server is 36 MB per email.
  4. Please send your clarifications and inquiries to   LBY-Procurement@unicef.org  not later than 7 February 2022.
  5. The Bid Form (page 3 of ITB) must be completed and returned to UNICEF alongside the technical proposals.
  6. Bidders, or their authorized representative, may attend the public opening of the Bid at the time, date and location specified in ITB and must confirm 24 hrs prior to the bid opening.
