Supply of Communication Towers, tower spares and RPPE/Rigging Satety Equipment for United Nation ...

The UNPD Regional Procurement Office (RPO), on behalf of various UN Peacekeeping Missions in Africa, hereby invites qualified contractors from all countries to submit their Expression of Interest for a system contract for supply of Communication towers with accessories, tower spares and RPPE/Rigging Satefy Equipment. All Goods shall conform to internationally accepted Codes and Standards. The delivery locations will be (Incoterms 2010): 1. FCA Port of Exit; 2. DAP Entebbe Uganda; 3. DAP Juba, South Sudan; 4. DAP Mombasa, Kenya; 5. DAP Bangui, Central African Republic. Please note, this is not an invitation for submission of bids. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested to participate in the solicitation when issued.Companies interested in providing the above services are invited to submit their EOI, i.e. a completed Vendor Response Form. The RPO will examine the outcome of this request for EOI and will consider those companies that have expressed their interest providing the required information as to their ability to fulfill the requirement. RPO reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. The tender and any subsequent commitment to contract will be issued in accordance with UN rules and regulations.
