Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to carry out an independent external evaluation of the FAO/WHO Codex Trust Fund-2 (CTF2 – described in further detail in section 1.2.3), mid-way through its mandate. Results of the mid-term evaluation will inform modifications to ensure the Fund can fulfil its mandate in the most effective and efficient way.
