New clarification added: Question: Please be informed that Item 1 (Lot 3)-Video camera (HD) with following parameter: "Flash (measurement system: TTL with pre-flash; Flash mode: Auto/On/Off; Flash compensation: Yes (3-step))" is not available for order.We can propose model Sony HDR-CX405 Handycam which is fully meets the required characteristics (except Flash). If Flesh is strongly required we can equip the Item 1-Video camera (HD) with additional external LED-light. Could you please clarify if we such proposal (Video camera+LED light) will be acceptable for end-user?Answer:Dear,The system of Video camera+LED light would be acceptable if a legal accessory is provided (in accordance with the instruction of the camera manufacturer) that allows integration of the external flash with the camera, and if the compatibility provides the interaction of two devices.Kind regards,Procurement Unit

New clarification added: Question:Could you please clarify the following issues on Lot No.3: Video equipment Item 2-Camera light for video camera.The thing is that the requirements specified in the tender documentation correspond to the EOL (End of Life) camera light model. Could you please clarify if we can offer equipment with different dimensions and/or equipment with a built-in battery?Answer:Dear, Can you please specify the dimension and the battery characteristics of the alternative model (capacity, voltage, if the charger is included or not, etc.)? We would appreciate it if you could provide us with details on the autonomy of the device with a fully charged battery and if there is an alternative for an external battery. New clarification added: Question:Dear UNOPS,For the purposes of this tender, we have enlisted the support of one of the world's largest manufacturers of computer equipment and would like to bring to your attention the products of the Lenovo company.However, due to the specific features of the manufacturer's products, Lenovo equipment does not meet the requirements of the tender for minor parameters, which, in our opinion, are of little practical importance.So the PC offered by Lenovo does not have 4xAudio (only 1x headphone / microphone combo jack is available), and the monitor does not support VESA mounting (it comes on a standard stand).Could you, please consider removing the above requirements from the specification.Answer:Dear,At the moment we are not in a position to change technical specifications. Combo ports are allowed, but the vendor should also include splitter from combo to 2channels (phones and microphones), to give an option for the client to use separate devices (headphones and specialized microphones in case they already have some). Or only one of the options will be awarded?Answer:Dear,The bidders are requested to offer the financials per Lot and Options under the lot (developed based on the expected quantity for purchase). The evaluation will be done per Lot and each Option. The company will be awarded for the quantities that will be finalised after the needs assessment process and will depend on the actual needs of the beneficiary, therefore only one option will be awarded. New clarification added: Question:We kindly ask you to clarify the following:LOT 2 - Printer & Scanner, Item 3- Set of cartridges for inkjet printer (item 1) - 1080 pcs.Specify, how many cartridges for each color (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) are needed? 1080 pcs of each color, or should the total number of all cartridges be 1080 pcs?Answer:Dear Madam/Sir,The total number of cartridges should be 1080 pcs. as follows: 270. pcs Cyan toners, 270 pcs. Magenta toners, 270 pcs. Yellow toners and 270 pcs. black toners.10 sets of toners (4 colors in each set) for each delivery address = 40 cartridges per address = 1080pcs. for 27 addresses. Please note that the tender will be amended soon with the quantities clearly stated in order to not confuse the bidders by missinterpreting sets of toners.Also, the increase in the quantities for some items is announced, so the change in the tender documents could be expected in this respect as well.
