Delivery of the training courses on OSINT, HUMINT and PEACE models for the SBI of Ukraine

Can you confirm the expected contracted duration; is it 5 months (1 x month TNA, 3 x months training, and 1 x month wash-up / report writing), or is it between February and April 2022 i.e. 3 months?2. Is it expected that a visit should take place to Ukraine to conduct the TNA with EUAM, SBI etc?3. Can years of practical policing experience (of conducting investigative interviews) replace the need for degrees as part of the qualification criteria for experts? Dear BidderThank you for your request. Please find the answers below.1. The maximum allowed project implementation period is 5 months. However Bidders are strongly encouraged to offer more expedient implementation plan.2. Ideally the needs assessment should be done in face-to-face meetings, but due to COVID restrictions it is most likely training needs assessment analysis will be done by means of online meetings with EUAM, SBI, etc. so there is no need to travel.3. The minimum requirement for the degree (bachelor’s degree) can be replaced by the years of practical experience. The compensatory experience should be through training in Investigation, intelligence, becoming a trainer, management, projects etc. All the trainings and related relevant experiences must be listed in the CVs of the experts.Thank you.

However because of the sensitive nature of the training and the confidentiality we owe to our clinets we will be unable to dosclose who they are or provide references. Is there any way around this?Dear BidderThank you for your request.One of the tender requirements (criteria) requires that the bidder must provide evidence (e.g. training materials, links to official website containing the example of training program, contracts with previous clients, etc.) of delivering at least three (3) assignments similar to those indicated in this TOR.
