New clarification added: Dear Nikoloz, Thank you for your clarification request. Concerning registration document of your organization : Please provide the registration document issued by the government of Georgia. Your self declaration of the core business area will be sufficient. Concerning sales turnover : Please provide a self certified document showing sales turnover of the past three years. Turnover should be certified by the owner / director of the company and approved by signature and stamp. Please also note, that during the evaluation stage, UNOPS retains the right to request bank certified turnover if it deems necessary. Best Regards, UNOPS Georgia Procurement Team. _____________________________________________________________To Whom It May Concern, According to the Qualification criteria for the tender RFQ/2021/34719, “The bidder should be in continuous business of provision of same or similar goods and registered at this moment and over the past two years, as demonstrated in the submitted certificate of incorporation document (business registration document).” The incorporation document will show that our company is registered at this moment and over the past two years. However, it does not state that we are doing the business of provision of same or similar goods (ATVs). How can we show that our core business is the sale and service of recreational vehicles? Will the self-declaration letter be sufficient for this purpose? The Qualification criteria also states, that “Bidders should have total sales turnover of minimum GEL 200,000 during the last 3 (three years) and should submit copy of the certified financial statements for the last three years” Can you please let me know what is meant by the word “certified”? Should it be certified by the third party? Sincerely,

New clarification added: Dear Nikoloz, Thank you for your clarification request and intention to participate in the tender. Please note, as stated in the tender. Evaluation methodology will be : " lowest price most technically acceptable offer". Accordingly, Please submit the offer that matches or exceeds minimum requirements of the tender. Regards, UNOPS Georgia Procurement Team. ________________________________________ To Whom It May Concern, We are planning to submit our proposal for the tender RFQ/2021/34719. We have two ATV modes: One with 800 cc (62 hp) and the other with 580 cc (40 hp). 800 cc model perfectly matches the tender requirements. 580 cc model has slightly smaller engine displacement compared to tender requirements (580 cc vs 600 cc) and slightly less hp (40 hp vs 42 hp). The retail price difference between these two models is significant. However, we are afraid that due to a mismatch you will either reject the offer with 580 cc ATVs or you will choose another more expensive ATV offer that perfectly matches the requirements. Therefore, we cannot really decide which model to offer. Therefore, in order to resolve the dilemma, please change the Engine Displacement and the Horsepower requirements in a flowing way: At least 580 CC and At least 40 HP. Sincerely, Nikoloz Tsereteli
