UNFPA Project to Refurbish Office Space for the UNFPA Africa Regional Office

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), invites sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors for the refurbishment of designated office space within the Microsoft Building in Johannesburg.
The purpose of the refurbishment work is to provide UNFPA with dedicated, purpose designed Office accommodation to house its Regional and Sub Regional Office for Africa. The project work in general will include, but is not limited to, interior demolition works, interior partitioning, electrical, IT (cabling) HVAC upgrading and finishing works. It should be noted that UNFPA reserves the right at the time of awarding the contract to vary the quantity of work and materials specified in the Tender Documentation without any change in unit prices or other terms and conditions.
