PROVISON OF MOBILE PHONES AND DATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES

1.0 The United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) intends to solicit proposals for the provision of Mobile Phones and Data Management Services to MINUSTAH. To secure the required services, MINUSTAH will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly. The services are to be provided in the most populated areas including the main throughfares of Haiti including, but not limited to, Port-au-Prince, Cap-Haitien, Gonaives, Fort Liberte, Hince, Jackmel, Jeremie, Les Cayes, Leogane, Miragoane, Mirabalais, Port de Paix, St. Marc, Quananminthe, Petit Goave, Malpase, Anse-a-Pitres, Port Salute and Belladere. International Roaming Services, which include voice call services, data and SMS, shall also be made available in international destinations worldwide including, but not limited to, USA, Dominican Republic, Spain, Switzerland and Italy. 2.0 Companies, interested to participate in the tender are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) on or before 30 November 2011, via fax or e-mail to the address indicated above. The EOI must include the following information: • Name of the Company • Postal and physical address • Phone number • Fax number • E-mail address • Name and title of the contact person • Brief explanation on the background and experience of the company including clients’ references. 3.0 This request for EOI does not constitute a solicitation. MINUSTAH reserves the right in selecting the companies to participate in the bidding. Responding to this EOI does not guarantee that such company will be invited to tender.
