United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite to participate in a tender for “Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Tokenization of Payment Data Services” through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this Invitation to Bid for Services (LIBS) and the terms and conditions contained herein.

Deadline of Proposal Submission

Due to urgency of this project proposal must be submitted and received by e-mail ONLY to: mlya-procurement@unicef.org not later than, 14-Nov-2021, 5pm Malaysia time, otherwise submission will be considered invalid.
