PROVISION OF PX SERVICES TO ONUCI IN ITS HQ ABIDJAN (ANCIEN HOTEL SEBROKO), BOUAKE, DALOA, AND EVENTUALY FUTURE LOGBASE IN YOPOUGON

OBJECTIVE: The United Nations Operation in Cote d’Ivoire (UNOCI) has a requirement for PX services for its duty free shop at the headquarters of UNOCI in Abidjan (ancien Hotel Sebroko), located at Boulevard de la Paix Attécoubé, in Bouaké, Daloa and possibly in future installation in Yopougon. UNOCI will provide facilities including warehouses, but it would be an advantage for service providers to have their own bonded warehouses as main reserve. The local store to UNOCI will be made available free of charge. The claimant shall reimburse the utility bills (electricity) for this purpose a bank deposit of USD15,000, corresponding to the estimated annual cost of electricity bills. UNOCI could, however, decide to keep the electricity bills on its charge, but in this case, this must be clearly and fully reflected in the financial offers of bidders in the following tender after this REOI EXPECTED GOODS AND SERVICES TO BE DELIVERED Development of digital photos, international press (magazines and newspapers), alcohol, digital cameras, beverages, textiles (men and women), cosmetics, delicatessen, large and small appliances, general and BIO food, vegetarian frozen food, ready to cook dishes, meat, fish, drugstore, personal care and wellness, souvenirs, jewelry, tobacco, bags and travel goods, entertainment products, sporting goods. Details of these goods and services will be stated in the tender dossier The selected provider will have a period of mobilization of 45 days from the date of contract award.
