Lot 1 - Rehabilitation of Community Center in Basirma  Refugee Camp.

Lot 2 - Construction of Road in Basirma Refugee Camp - Erbil.

The work includes the following for LOT 1:

1. Site Preparation Works:

• The work includes Providing all the machines, materials, tools, and workforce needed to clean and remove all debris inside and outside the building.
•  It also includes transporting all the debris to a site determined and approved by the local authorities.

1. Hollow concrete block works:

Supply material & construction of walls and steps with hollow concrete blocks 20X20X40cm around play yard area and walkways

1.  Caravan Roof Treatment works:

Supply materials required equipment and manpower to fixing sandwich panels together by using screw for five Caravans (3x 10m, 2.8m)#3, (4m x 10m x 2.8 m) #1,  (3m x3m x 2.8 m)#1  in dimension. The work include washing, cleaning the roofs & walls in the best way before using Polysulphide Sealant and re-leveling all the caravans, installing steel plate channels for drain rain water and also the price includes painting the outer metal frame structure of caravans with one coat of best-approved anti-rust and three coats of best-approved quality oily painting

1. Electrical works:

• Provide and instal all the electrical network with all the electrical fittings (lighting fixtures, switch plugs, electrical sockets, electrical bell, water boiler…etc.).
• Provide and instal A.C. units for the admin rooms.

1. Water and Sanitation works:

• Replacing all the damaged and non-functional waterpipes.
• Provide and instal water tanks with all the accessories.
• Provide and instal electrical water boiler with all the accessories.
• Clean all the sewage network pipes, manholes, and replace all the damaged pipes.
• Provide and instal an eastern toilet with the siphon.
• Provide and instal an westren toilet with the siphon.
• Provide and instal ceramic wash basin with mixer and all the accessories.
• Cleaning and dislodging, septic tank(# 1), cesspool(# 1) and  ( renovate the manhole of the existing cesspool and septic tank and re-covers, re-build ).
• Supply materials required equipment and manpower to build manholes OR Prefabricated PVC internal dimension  (#3)(40cm*40cm), variable depth according to site requirements.

1. Finishing works:

• Cement plastering: Providing materials and plastering with cement mortar 1:3 two layers (20mm thick min. and the final layer should be very smooth).

1. Doors and Windows:

• Supply material, required equipment and manpower to renovate the  exist doors #6 (1x2.2)m, The works include removing the existing damage parts, re-balancing  and instal new PVC handlProvide and instal a composite wooden door for all the rooms.
• Supply material, required equipment and manpower to repair P.V.C Windows according to the BoQ.

1. External Works:

• Supply workshop and material to casting 12 cm thick concrete type C21 (1:2:4) with one layers BRC 15X15 cm 6mm thick as a path way with all the necessary works.

1. Internal maintenance for the existing caravan:

• Provide materials and skilled labor for removing the floor of the existing caravans constructing support by solid concrete block wall inside the caravan for shuttering then filling it with approved sub-base materials type B to the required level approximately 35-40cm thick. also casting the floor with plain concrete 10 cm thick, and lay down 1 layer of proper plastic sheet between the concrete and sub-base layer and installing the ceramic tile  (50 X 50 ) cm  (best-approved type).
• Supply material manpower to removing exist tent(5x7)m transporting &  storing the parts in the warehouse inside the camp in coordination with the camp management, the price also includes removing all the debris to the sites as directed by Engineer and install new caravan manufacturing on-site(8mx8m,2.8 height) (to be used as activity unit for  Refugees with special needs.
• Provide all needed machines, labor, and materials to relocate a caravan of size #1(3mX10m) within the camp border.

1. Fence works:

• Provide materials, grading, leveling & erecting steel fence (American Type) as per the specification in the BoQ.
• Supply/Provide machinery, materials, tools and equipment to erect main gate, single wing, #2 (1.2x1.8)m.
• Supply/Provide machinery, materials, tools and equipment to erect main gate, (double wings or Slide ), #1(4x1.8).

The work includes the following for LOT 2:

1. Site Preparation Works:

• Provide all the machines, materials, and manpower needed to re-shape the existing old double dressing road, the price includes removing the damaged layer, compaction, watering, re-placing the sub-base layer (if needed), taking out all the debries to a placed allocated by the municipalit

1. Bituminous Prime Coat works:

• Provide materials and machines to apply a layer of the bituminous prime coat as per article R8A of the Iraqi Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges by a pneumatic tire distribution as per the specification in the BoQ.

1.  Bituminous Binder Course works:

• Provide materials, machines and manpower to lay a layer of binder course 10 cm thickness as per article R9 of the Iraqi standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges, as per the specification in the BoQ.

1. Concrete open channel works:

• Supply materials, equipment, tools and labors for constructing Trapezoidal -type open channel for the internal roads, as per the specification in the BoQ.
