Refurbishment of CITS Site Server at UNAMI Regional Headquarters in Erbil, Iraq     

1. The United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) has a requirement for the Refurbishment of CITS Site Server at UNAMI Erbil Regional office Erbil, Iraq. A. Extent of Work: 1. General requirements and other Preliminaries 2. Site Works 3. Concrete Works 4. Masonry works 5. Thermal and Water Proofing Works 6. Architectural Works 7. Plumbing and Sanitary Works 8. Electrical Works 9. Structural Steel Works and Metal Works 10. Miscellaneous Works For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly, accordingly would issue Request for Proposal (RFP) with detailed specifications, Bill of Quantities, drawings, UN General Conditions of contracts and other related documents to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI's requirement. 2. The selected contractor should provide material, work force, and equipments to prepare the site for refurbishment works, execute the necessary civil, and finishing work as well to provide clearence for the workers to the UNAMI Premises Erbil, Iraq. 3. The project should be executed by a qualified and experienced company, based on Scope of work (SOW), Bill of Quantities, Specifications, Drawings, Plans, UN General Conditions of contracts and other related documents which will be provided later on by UNAMI to qualified companies who express their interest and respond to this EOI accordingly. For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly (Request for Proposal). 4. Please note on the following: 4.1 This EOI is not an invitation for submission a bid. 4.2 UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for RFP document. 4.3 UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOI's received after the above deadline.
