Description
United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invites not-for-profit entities with capabilities to strengthen the training of teachers in the Latin America region in social-emotional education through the use of the results of The Fourth Regional Comparative and Explanatory Study (ERCE) 2019.
Specific objectives:
- Generate a document that determines the priority dimensions for socioemotional work in schools and classrooms in the region, based on the strengths and weaknesses identified by ERCE 2019.
- Develop a document that consolidates novel didactics to strengthen students' social-emotional skills according to the areas identified according to the diagnosis delivered by ERCE 2019.
- Generate interactive material to populate a Web platform to disseminate the findings, both in terms of diagnosis and didactics for their work, providing tools to teachers to strengthen socioemotional work in the classroom.
Latin American institutions are especially invited to participate in the project.
