Description

In 2015 UNAIDS launched a Health Situation Room (HSR) -initiative which was aimed at supporting the Fast-Track strategy to ending AIDS by 2030. The situation room concept was set up to enable access to real-time HIV data, with the ability for decision makers to take swift programmatic action and course correction.

There is a need to revise and update the pre-developed user manual and develop the IT components of the training materials to strengthen the capacity of national staff to manage the data analytics solution and ensure high quality data and information is produced, analysed, and used to inform evidence-based programming and interventions. This consultancy is to develop the Health Situation Room User Manual that will serve the purpose for continuous cascade training, where national staff can train their peers for specific tasks they serve in their national context and to prepare a dissemination plan for all implementing countries.
1. High-quality Health situation room user manual produced to guide access to, creation and editing of dashboards and the IT administration of the platform.
2. Information Technology (IT) components of the training materials developed to strengthen the capacity of national staff to manage the data analytics solution and ensure high quality data and information is produced, analysed, and used to inform evidence-based programming and interventions.
3. A dissemination plan developed for the final HSR user manual.

The contractor is expected to operate on their own computer(s) and use their own office resources and materials in the execution of this assignment. UNAIDS will provide the contractor with a license to use the Sisense platform during the assignment. The implementation modality is to work remotely due to COVID-19.
The duration of the project will be a maximum period of two months, from the date of contract signature, but not later than 1st November 2021 until 31st December 2021
