United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite you for a tender for “Printing Services for Donor Retention and Acquisition Materials” through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this Invitation To Bid (ITB) and the terms and conditions contained herein. Request for Clarification

Please study the tender documents and if you have any question, please register all your enquiries to the “Appendix G - Enquiries and Clarification Form", and email to kteh@unicef.org and mmohd@unicef.org cc edonoso@unicef.org latest by 9 Sept 2021 before 5pm.

 

Deadline of Proposal Submission

Proposal must be submitted and received by e-mail ONLY to: mlya-procurement@unicef.org  not later than, 30 September 2021 @ 2pm Malaysia time, otherwise submission will be considered invalid.

Tender Instruction

Important note;

 

  1. To read, understand and comply to Terms & Conditions outlined in the tender document LITB-2021-9169058 (Include Annex-A)
  2. To submit and ensure full compliance to Mandatory Requirement outlined in Section 8 – Submission of Proposal in Appendix D - Terms of Reference (TOR). All documents required under “What to Submit” must be complied & submitted in detail. Failing which will result to disqualification
  3. Mandatory to complete and submit Pricing Proposal (Appendix A) and Price List (Appendix B)
  4. Bidders are encourage to register in UNGM (see Appendix E) and complete & submit the MDM Form (see Appendix F)
