c)       Interested Bidders may submit any question regarding this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to the e-mail address operations.dprk@undp.org not later than August 19, 2011. The answers or any modification to these tender documents will be published in UNDP Procurement Notices Website[2] and United Nations Global Marketplace Website[3] no later than 11 pm on August 22, 2011.

d)      Bids in sealed envelope must be sent by DHL[4] to the following address before 5 pm on September 12, 2011 (please mark the envelope with the reference number ITB-2011-01-DPRK):

g)      This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm.
