New clarification added: Q2: The Terms of Reference for IMPLEMENTATION states that (Page 8/51) 3-5 Grant Service Agreements and Professional Service Contracts will be issued for the implementation of the programme on the ground. Is there any indication as to this 'split' between GSA and PSC against the 6 Lines which make up IMPLEMENTATION? The reason for the question is that a company could spend time writing/submitting a proposal only to find out that the particular line is planned to be provided under a GSA. Some clarity would be most helpful. A2: The Terms of Reference was amended to read as follows “Three Professional Service Contracts will be issued for the implementation of the programme on the ground”. Please refer to RFP Amendment 1 in this regard.

New clarification added: Q1: We note you have issued the RFP for SSJP II Implementation of Participatory Public Policy and Institutional Strengthening. Please can you confirm that under IMPLEMENTATION, there will be further RFPs issued covering other areas mentioned in the EOI? Is there any indication as to when the remaining elements may be released? A1: As you may have already noticed by now, UNOPS issued three RFPs in total for the Programme Implementation component of the SSJP2. The other two RFPs are: RFP/2021/25522 (published on 05SEP21) and RFP/2021/26675 (published on 15SEP21).
