To conduct Social and Behaviour monitoring on risk communication and community engagement of UNICEF programme interventions, in Cox’s Bazar including in Rohingya Refugees camps

1. Request for Proposal

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the abovementioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein.

3. Online Pre-bid meeting

Bidders are requested to share their queries or request for clarifications by Thursday, 19th August to the email addresses mentioned above (Point-2). A pre-bid meeting will be arranged, the date and time will be shared with the interested bidders. Accordingly, TEAMS meeting link will be shared later with all.

4. Submission Deadline and Mode of Bid Submission

The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows:

The responses of this LRPS should be submitted ONLY to the email ID: ebidsbangladesh@unicef.org;

No staff members should be copied in that email. Proposals can be sent in batches not to exceed UNICEF's e-mail size quota of ten (10) megabytes per e-mail.
