ITB for provision of services in registration, storage, quality control and distribution of pharmaceuticals

Dear Sir/Madam,

1.       We hereby solicit your bid for the supply of following services:

Provision of services in registration, storage, quality control and distribution of pharmaceuticals, narcotic substances, psychotropic substances and precursors to the organizations of healthcare system.

Long-term agreement will be concluded for one (1) year with possible extension for two (2) years in case of satisfactory fulfillment of obligations by the Contractor.

4.       Bids in the sealed and signed enveloped must be delivered before 1 p.m. (local time) on the 29th  of August, 2011 EXCLUSIVELY to the following address:

Late bids as well as bids sent to any other address shall be rejected.

5.       Pre-bid conference shall be held at 2.30 p.m. (local time) on the 26^th of July, 2011 at United Nations Office in the Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Kirova Str. 17, 6^th Floor. Participation of authorized representatives of the interested Bidders is encouraged.  

6.       Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at the address, at 2.30 p.m. on the 29^th of August 2011 at the following address: United Nations Office in the Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Kirova Str. 17, 6^th Floor.
