New clarification added: Dears,In regards to your inquiries: Q1: Some of the product's functionality requested in the tender documents pushes it towards being access to a main GeoExplorer platform rather than a specific app that we create. There's a big distinction between the two, so it would be useful to have the desired scope of the project more clearly defined.A1: It is not GeoExplorer platform, it is a specific application that records historical climate data.Q2: The Section II document (schedule of requirements) lists this requirement under heading 3.2: " Access to an unlimited number of viewers as required". Is it acceptable to UNOPS that this is accomplished by making part or all of the platform publicly viewable? Or should the requirement be read so that an unlimited number of named users need to be supported (ie personal accounts tied to a person's email address).A2: Ideally, climate datasets openly available online for use by government authorities and academics. At the moment no extenton will be applied for the submission deadline.Best regards
