Tender cancelled on 2021-08-15 11:10 UTC. Dear bidders,The technical evaluation team carried out a thorough and detailed review of the bids in response to this invitation (ITB/2021/21518). However following the evaluation process, none of the bids were technically compliant and hence the evaluation team could not make an award recommendation.Most of the bidders did not respond to the requirements, which were mentioned in the returnable bid schedules 8 - and 10.Most of the bidders did not propose the right project team as specified in the ITB (correct qualification and the needed years of experience)The tender will be re-launched very soonThose bidder which would like to re-participate in this competition are strongly advised to read the bidding documents carefully and the see the advice in the tender general page besides complying to all the selection criteria.Best Regards,UNOPS Sudan Team.

New clarification added: 1. For the steel shed itrm 3.1.6:If rienforced concrete of foundation should be calculated with m2 of the steel or the quanitty was aded to item 3.1.3.1?For reinforced concrete of shade foundation it added to foundation the quantities of meter squire is only for steel shade2. well:Indicate to us depth of well if should be reached ground water level?Determind thickness of wall well one brick or 1.5 brick.The well depth is up to ground water level The thickness of wall is one brick wallDear Bidder,Thank you for your questions. New clarification added: Dear Sir,Greeting 1- The requested key staff qualifications and requirement is high (about 8 full time engineer) whichwill be a burden on the contractor and may add 10% at least to the total offer value, kindlyadvise?Please be advised that these are the required qualification and experience for this project.2- Could you please extend the deadline of the tender because Due to the changes in customs and USD rate in customs.the Materail suppliers such as : Ceramic tiles , air conditioning, Electricity and water appliances .Most of the suppliers in the markets are not issuing any invoices currently. This is why are asking for an extension for 10 days so we can evaluate and find the best prices?The time shall not be extended. It is estimated that the time is enough to prepare the bid.
