New clarification added: Section_III_Schedule_I_Terms Of ReferenceIII.4.7 Task 6: Site and Building DesignIn Task 6,it said some of the current constructions date back to 1982, which means that the engineering project must analyze the feasibility of the demolition of existing buildings in the locations to be evaluated.The construction project must consider that current PLN operations cannot be disrupted. Please clarify whether to rebuild the MCC at the original site or choose a new location nearby.Both MCC and DRCC are new buildings. New MCC is planned to be built beside the actual control center interconnecting the existing building with the new building by mean of a skybridge. However it is part of the Consultancy suggest to PLN the best options. III.4.8 Task 7: SCADA/EMS Functional Design and AnalysisPlease provide detailed information about the existing SCADA system, system functions, performance indicators, communication methods, etc., as well as existing engineers and technicians.The Consultant should perform an assessment during this task to assure the proper specifications of the MCC and DRCC, to enable the grown of the assets to be supervised, network modeling and all functions described in the ToR. Schedule 7 Point 1.4, 2.4, & 3.3 (limit of indemnity), what does the Maximum of Limit of indemnity refer to? Such judgment is subject to the bidder’s evaluation of the conditions and hinges on the capacity of the proposed team, whether local or international. It is expected the supervision for SCADA/EMS and Communication be performed by international expert.3. Please propose only 1 personnel for the position. However during the project the bidder can propose changes upon approval of UNOPS assuming the resource have equal or better qualifications.Best regards
