Description

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Yemen is inviting you to participate in Request for Proposals # 9167336 for: Establishing Long Term Arrangement(s) (LTA) with Payment Agencies for UNITED NATIONS COMMON CASH SYSTEM (UNCCS) in Yemen.

For participating to this RFP, you are requested to provide a comprehensive technical proposal against the requirement as detailed in the attached TORs (Annex C) and a financial proposal as per the structure in the attached Price Schedule (Annex E). 

Moreover, a prebid conference will be held as per the Microsoft Teams invitation included in the RFP UNGM announcement attachments:

Moreover, all interested proposers are required to submit any further questions in respect of this RFPS by EMAIL to Patrick Efinda at pefinda@unicef.org and Omar Hamdallah at ohamdallah@unicef.org.   The deadline for receipt of any questions is 20th of June 2021.

Finally, as per the requirement included in the RFP document, all interested bidders are required send (by EMAIL only) their technical and financial proposals (each in a separate email) by 27th of June 2021, 13:00 hrs (Sana’a local time) to the following email address only: yemenpmubids@unicef.org.
