Greetings from NYHQ Supply Division of UNICEF,

1. We are calling for applications for RFPS-NYH-2021-503331 for the provision of a Survey Solution for Supporter Engagement Strategy in line with attached documentation.
2. The Request for Proposals for Services (RFPS) and its annexes are available for download in UNGM.
3. This solicitation consists on the RFPS document and the following Annexes: Annex A - The UNICEF General Terms and Conditions of Contract (Services); Annex B - TOR including Appendix B1-B7; and Annex C - Price Schedules and instructions including Appendix C1-C6.
4. Proposers are requested to acknowledge receipt of the RFPS as soon as possible by EMAIL to ISABEL ARROYO iarroyo@unicef.org with copy to IGNACIO ALONSO at ialonso@unicef.org.
5. Kindly read and follow instructions carefully as detailed in the RFPS documents. In case of any query regarding the RFPS, please send them in writing to iarroyo@unicef.org with a copy to ialonso@unicef.org with specific reference to the RFPS number. The deadline for receipt of any questions is 2 JULY 2021 at 23h59 EST (NYC Time). UNICEF reserves the right to issue additional round(s) of questions in respect of this RFPS prior to the Submission Deadline. UNICEF will advertise the deadline to submit additional questions in UNGM and by email to the companies that have acknowledged the receipt of this RFPS.
6. Please note that your proposal should be valid for no less than 180 days.
7. UNICEF’s General Terms and Conditions of Institutional/Corporate Contracts (ANNEX A) of this RFPS applies to any potential LTAS/Institutional Contract(s) resulting from this Request for Proposal.
8. Your proposal should be sent only to nysdbidding@unicef.org at the latest 26 JULY 2021, at 23h59 EST (NYC Time). Kindly DO NOT copy or BCC to any others in the email. Please refer to RFPS document - Instructions to Proposers [pag 19 RFPS package] for detailed information on the submission of proposals and note that, Technical Proposal and Commercial Proposal must be submitted as separate EMAILS. The size of each EMAIL (including attachments) should not exceed ten (10) megabytes, however, Proposers may structure the proposal in several batches of emails.
9. Your intention to submit a proposal must be notified to iarroyo.org with a copy to ialonso@unicef.org on or before 26 JULY 2021, at 23h59 EST.
