Request for Quotation for supply of Assorted Construction Materials for the CUF Project in Liberia under Global Resilience Programme

New clarification added: Question 6. Form B. Price ScheduleThere are two columns Unit Price and Total PriceIn the column for Unit Price, can we add all the Unit prices to make one figure and fill it in that column?Answer 6; Please enter unit prices for each line item Question 7: In the column for Total Price can we multiply the Unit Price against the quantity add all the Total to make one figure as Total Price and fill it in that Column?Answer 7: That is correct Question 8: Or do we have to copy and paste the entire excel details including Description, Unit and prices and insert in the price schedule? If this becomes the case the spaces in the Price Schedule may not be able to take all the data.Answer 8: Please attached an excel sheet with your prices and in the Price schedule form you can just mention the total price and sign it and submit the same. 

New clarification added: Question 04: Kindly note our request for clarification we submitted earlier today was reffering to the Schedule of Requirments Excel/Pdf if we can include our company leter head or we should just complete the the form with prices, Stamp and Sign.Answer 04; The schedule of requirements does not have to be stamped, signed and submitted. This excel sheet is to show the requirements and bidders are requested only to complete the Form B and submit the same as mentioned in the clarification# 03. Question 05: Form B. Price Schedule Form the instructions in Unit Price Column is to Insert details in the excel sheet and attach with the bid, do we have to fill in the details in the excel or we fill in the Total Unit price? The Column for TOTAL Price is clear for us. Kindly clarfy on the cloumn for Unit Price. Answer 05: Please note the column unit price is price of  each unit of the product and multiplied by the quantity will result in the total price. Total price = unit price x quantity.  

New clarification added: Question 03: Price Schedule Form: Can we include our Company Letter head on the excel / pdf or we should just complete the quotation prices stamp and sign? kindly clarify for us.Answer 03: The bidders can use their company letter head in the excel or pdf and sign and stamp the price schedule form and submit as part of the mandatory documents.

Under the Material Cost for repair of existing Shed for Fish Transaction - King Gray Town item No. 2 Galvanized Pipe, Kindly clarify the of the sizeto enable us quote accordingly.Answer 01: Please see revised schedule of requirements with the specifications for Item 02 under Shed of Fish transaction - King Gray Town sheet. Question 02. Under the Material Cost for repair of existing Cold Storage Facility - King Gray Town kindly clarify if we can quote for the Materials only from item No.1 to 59 or if it is mandatory that we must also quote for item No. 60 (Repairs of existing overhead Water  Tower and Tank/poly tank new)Answer 02: Please see revised schedule of requirements with the specifications for Item 59 (previously item 60) under Cold storage Facility - King Gray Town sheet.
