Fixed telephony, Internet Access and Webhosting Services in The Hague

The International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT) in The Hague requires a long term contract for communications services, including: 1.2.1. Fixed telecommunications services and connectivity including Primary and Basic Rate Interface ISDN, analogue lines, Voice over IP channels, and Ethernet Virtual Connections linking two locations within The Hague; 1.2.2. Internet services including Internet Access, streaming of video over the Internet and Web-hosting; 1.2.3. Other related services. The IRMCT hereby seeks Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and licenced provider for a turnkey solution and will require the migration of the IRMCT numbering block, existing telecommunication services, websites and databases currently hosted with the incumbent contractor. The arrangement of any cabling and associated digging permits that may be required to establish the products and services will be the responsibility of the provider. It shall be noted that detailed requirements/specifications will be provided in the solicitation document. Please note that responding to the EOI does not guarantee your company will be invited to the forthcoming tender that will be issued. A list of companies to be invited will be established subsequent to the review and analyses of the responses to this EOI exercise.
