Description
The purpose of this request for proposals is to identify a suitable consultant to be employed as a project manager experienced in e-learning and digital adoption projects.
Detailed Terms of Reference are available under "Documents".
Interested candidates are expected to send a cover letter, an up-to-date detailed Curriculum Vitae with detailed references (and contact details for reference checking), and a proposed daily/monthly rate [PE1] to greenoughl@who.int no later than 23 April 2021.

Candidate(s) under consideration will be requested to provide: diplomas, work or residence permit, Declaration of Interests (DoI) form, copy of passport, medical clearance for fitness to work.

The Consultant shall be solely responsible for withholding and paying any taxes, duties, social security contributions, and any other contributions which are applicable to the Consultant in each location/jurisdiction in which the work hereunder is performed, and the Consultant shall not be entitled to any reimbursement thereof by WHO.
