AMENDMENT1- EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY OF NON-FOOD GOODS & SERVICES

The emergency situations around the world have significantly increased in number and severity in the last few years. The livelihood of millions of person of concern is constantly threatened. In particular, there is a remarkable demand of various goods and services to be timely supplied by qualified vendors capable to meet UNHCR needs.
UNHCR must be prepared to timely meet such a high demand from its operations in Ethiopia. In this framework, as part of its core mandate, UNHCR intends to secure a stable supply of the certain goods, through the establishment of rosters of pre-qualified local suppliers based in Ethiopia for the supply of the following Goods and Services. The prequalified vendors will be invited to tender when the need arises. Precisely, UNHCR’s goal is to establish rosters, valid for three years, of qualified vendors with which UNHCR may carry out closed tendering processes aimed to place purchase orders or establish Long Frame Agreements (FAs) for the supply of the goods listed in Annex A
Suppliers interested in participating in the EOI process shall find herewith the necessary requirements for registration with UNHCR, products and qualification information.

Vendors are required to submit any request for clarification in respect of this EOI by e-mail at at ETHADSMS@unhcr.org UNHCR Country Office Ethiopia -Supply Unit from 09:00 AM to 16:00 PM. The deadline for receipt of questions is 17 APRIL 2021 23:59 Hrs.

Interested suppliers should send the required qualification documents, including the registration documents, soft copies should be submitted via email at ETHADSMS@unhcr.org to UNHCR Ethiopia Addis Ababa Country Office.
