Description
The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) requests detailed proposals (RFP) from pre-qualified Consultant/Project Managers for the purposes of design, planning and over sighting the execution of refurbishment works at a property in Cairo. The refurbished office will become UNFPA’s Regional office for the Arab States and Country Office for the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The successful Consultant/Project Manager will be required to deliver the following services:
a) preparation of a concept design followed by detailed construction drawings and specifications,
b) tender advice in the evaluation of construction tenders related to the works implementation,
c) supervision of the works contractor.
