DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) on behalf of UN-Habitat is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified companies to provide Tailor made event Management software for UNHABTAT Meeting. Objectives and requirements: The main objective of the Terms of Reference is to procure a Service Provider to render a seamless, well-coordinated and managed virtual conference preparatory service prior, and leading up, to hosting of the global Innovate4Cities (“I4C”) conference from 11-15 October 2021. I4C Conference will be held in a full virtual format spread over 72 hours. It will be a “rolling” virtual event, inclusive of all GCoM regions and across all time zones - with the aim to have a maximal global reach per session. The conference will have a global webcast.
