Description

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Lilongwe in Malawi, invites qualified Manufacturers/ Distributors/ Suppliers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Framework Agreement(s) for the supply and delivery of various core relief items (referred to hereinafter as CRIs).

UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with initial duration of two (02) years, potentially extendable for a further period of one (01) year, depending on the satisfactory performance of the Manufacturer/ Distributor/Suppliers. The successful bidders will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the Frame Agreement(s).

VERY IMPORTANT:

Please note that this bidding process is a two-step approach. First step is submission of your technical and financial bids in two separate documents as attachment and sent to the submission mailbox MLWLIBIDS@unhcr.org The second step is submission of samples upon request following qualification of your technical submission. Bidders whose technical submissions are rejected shall not be requested to submit samples and shall not be considered in the subsequent stages of the evaluation process.
