Dear Sirs,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Lao PDR is hereby undertaking a solicitation of bid proposals from travel agencies for establishing Long Term Agreement/s for various travel services with qualified service providers. In that respect, UNDP invites all eligible travel agencies to participate in the competitive bidding for the provision of travel services for UNDP Country Office and its Projects in Lao PDR.

To enable you to submit a proposal please carefully review the following documents:

Proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes labeled “Confidential Technical Proposal” and “Confidential Financial Proposal” and marked with “RFP/001/2011/LTA/UNDP/LAOPDR – Provision of Travel Services for UNDP Lao PDR”. Your proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes to UNDP Office in Vientiane at the below mentioned address no later than Thursday 7th  April  2011 on or before 10:00 a.m. Vientiane local time.
