Description
The purpose of this request for proposals is to select a suitable contractor to develop a research and evaluation protocol together with an implementation strategy with monitoring and evaluation tools on urban governance for health and wellbeing and equity. In consultations with local academic institutions, the bidder is expected to provide technical support in adapting and implementing the protocol and related tools in the 5 selected cities (Bogota, Douala, Mexico City, Khulna and Tunis) by December 2021.
