Reconstruction of the branch of Republican Center for procurement of medicines in Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast, Republic of Tajikistan

United Nations Development Programme, Community Programme Office, hereby solicit your bid for Reconstruction of
the branch of Republican Center for procurement of medicines in Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast, Republic  
of Tajikistann on the frame of “Strengthening tuberculosis prevention and control program in the framework of health 
system reform in the Republic of Tajikistan”, funded by GFATM.  

Interested companies should be responsive to the following requirements:
1. Have working experience in the field of construction of medical facilities;
2. Be legally registered in accordance with the laws of RT;
3. Have valid License registered for civil/mounting/erection works.  
 
Full version of UNDP invitation to Bid and other requirements and information on tender can be received from the UNDP Tajikistan website http://www.undp.tj reference “Procurement” or requested from Project assistant of UNDP Kulob AO by the following address: Borbad street, SES building, Kulob city, Khatlon oblast, Republic of Tajikistan or from UNDP Office in Tajikistan by following address: Republic of Tajikistan, Dushanbe city, 39 Aini street.

Bids should be submitted not later than: March 09 2011, 12:00 hours, local time (GMT+5:00).

Quotations should be submitted in the sealed envelope to the attention of Mr. Rastislav Vrbensky, UNDP Country Director and deposited at the designated box at the entrance of the UNDP Office in Tajikistan at 39, Aini Street, Dushanbe, Tajikistan or at the entrance of the UNDP Kulob AO at Borbad street, SES building, Kulob city, Khatlon Oblast, Republic of Tajikistan not later than 09 March 2011, 12:00 hours, local time (GMT+5:00). The envelope should contain ITB Reference Number and the Name of the Bidder and its details, with the note: “Do not open before 16:00 hours, local time (GMT+5:00) until 09 March, 2011” notice should be written on the envelope. Envelopes should be verified by the company seal.

Failure to follow one of the above requirements will lead to automatic disqualification of the bidder.

Project site visit. Bidders must visit and get acquainted with project implementation site and workings conditions and obtain a certificate of site visit, which will be attached in an envelope. Project site visit will be conducted on February 25, 2011, 10:00 hours local time (GMT+5:00) at the following address: Regional Tuberculosis Hospital, Khorog city, Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast, Tajikistan.

Pre-tender Conference. Those, who wish to get acquainted with the tender procedures and ask questions regarding the filling of tender documents, may take part in the pre-tender conference. Pre-tender conference will be conducted on March 01, 2011, at 10:00 hours local time (GMT+5:00), at the following address: UNDP Country Office in Tajikistan, 39 Aini Street, Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan.

The opening of the bids. Will be held in the presence of the bidders representatives, who interested to participate on March 09, 2011, at 16:00 hours local time (GMT+5:00) by the following address: UNDP Country Office in Tajikistan, 39 Aini Street, Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan.
