Tender description: RFQ for Survey Services on youth attitudes to the malaria fight - RBM Partnership to End Malaria.
The RBM Partnership to End Malaria, hosted by UNOPS, is the largest global platform for coordinated action against malaria.
The RBM Partnership is looking to undertake a short survey among Africa’s ‘digital youth’ aged 18-34. The findings from the survey will be used as a hook to launch a new youth-focused malaria campaign in February 2020, through proactive media outreach, social media and stakeholder engagement.

The following sample is required for this project:
- Nationally representative group of adults aged 18-34
- Research to cover the following six malaria-endemic African countries (where possible):
- Rwanda
- Kenya
- South Africa
- Senegal
- Mozambique
- Nigeria
- Sampling, data collection and processing associated with the survey, according to best available practice and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
- All requirements associated with undertaking the research, including translations into French, Portuguese and other relevant languages, field work, etc.
- Full support with questionnaire design, including development of survey questions and answer options and quality checking to ensure results are robust and statistically significant.
- Full support with analysis of survey results, including checking of external press and stakeholder materials.
- Provide full research results broken down by key demographics including age, gender and region/location.

Thank you fo your kind response in anticipation.Answer:Yes, vendors are allowed and expected to carry out surveys online or remotely.
