USPS/UPU Tied Funding Supply Chain Enhancements: Advanced Security Standards learning designer consultant

This call for tenders concerns the provision of a series of Security Standards S58/S59 Advanced Training for both online and classroom training packages for DPO security staff in UPU member countries. This training package shall be aimed at advancing the capabilities of those security staff who have completed the basic Security Standards S58/S59 training process to certified regional reviewers. The training package will also include a structured train the trainer component for each course to ensure UPU staff are able to provide this training as needed. The training should also include a standardized and sustainable security reviewer engagement methodology centralized at the UPU.

The selected consultant will be responsible for designing at least three e-learning courses with complimentary physical training courses based on feedback from UPU staff. The consultant must obtain approval for each stage of the project from the UPU focal point before moving on to the next stage. The consultant must ensure that it has adequate resources for the design, building, testing and implementation of the training packages.
