New clarification added: 1. We would like to know the price of an ambulance Toyota Hiace at Yangon. We need it to calculate insurance for transportation.2. We have seen Option 1 and 2 at Form B: Price Schedule Form, but UNOPS mentioned Option-3 at point No.10 in Form C: Technical Quotation Form (page 6). What is Option-3?3. How long UNOPS will store at the service provider storage facility depending on the Toyota Aye & Son inspection schedule date and time. If it happens, the transportation will be from Yangon port to the service provider storage facility and then the service provider storage facility to Toyota Aye & Son company limited. Is that right? If this scenario is right, there may be a time delay. It is stated on UNOPS Minimum Requirements table, point number 4 that we need to "complete the delivery services within 30 days from date of receiving a complete set of required documents." In the case of time delay, would this delay be counted within that 30 days?4. Auction Release Charges must cover the ambulance (15) unit at No.3 of prices for custom clearance charges in Form B: price schedule form. If it is more than RFQ price at actual condition, can we claim back the amount with the actual voucher?5. The quantity is 15 at No 1 of Prices for transportation charges table, but changes to 14 at No 2 of Prices for transportation charges. What is the right quantity? The answers are as follows:1. Total cost for 14 units ambulances - JPY 67,085,200.00.2. This is not Option - 3 which mentioned in Form_C page_6 as it means as we mentioned in Sr. No 3 - "Optional" requirement to the different 14 locations. Transportation requirement is for from Port to Aye & Son for vehicle inspection, and then from Aye & Son to MoHS, NPT or Aye & Son to 14 locations.3. Yes, it is within the 30 days.4. We do not need for the Aution releases charges for 14 vehicles, KDH222L-LEMDY and It is only for 1 unit of Land Cruiser Prado Station Wagon 150 TXL..5. We only need transportation services for 14 vehicles, model No_KDH222L-LEMDY. The quantity is 15 at No 1 of Prices for transportation charges table is 14 ambulance + 1 Land Cruiser from Yangon Port to Aye & Son Co., Ltd for vehicles inspection.
