REVISED - Construction of New Facilities at UNMIK Regional Headquarters, Mitrovica, Kosovo

The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) has a requirement for the Construction of New Facilities at its Regional Headquarters, Mitrovica, Kosovo. Planned works are of structural nature and consist of construction of two two-story buildings that covers ῀500 m² (Blocks “A” and “B”). Block “A”: Ground Floor - 60 m², will be used as Medical facility. First Floor - 80 m², will be used as Conference room. Block “B”: Ground Floor - 170 m², will to be used as recreation area (GYM), two office and common areas. First Floor - 190 m², will be used as office space including common areas. Construction works consist the following: - Preparation works, - Earth, drainage, and insulation works, - Reinforcement, concrete and brick works, - Ceiling, and flooring works, - Installation of windows and doors, - Façade works, - Roof works, - Electrical Installations, - Water and sewage installation works, - Heating Ventilation Air Condition (HVAC) System installation, - Connection to the existing heating system, etc.” Companies interested to participate in the tender are requested to submit their EOI by fax or e-mail as indicated above. The EOI must include the following company’s information: - Company’s background, including experience in provision of relevant services; - “Business Registration Certificate and License” for provision of relevant services in Kosovo This Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that such a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only vendors, deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document.
