It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision and implementation of an HRS service delivery system and the delivery and implementation of  a digital personnel file system. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expressions of interest from qualified firms

Summary Scope of Work

In order to continuously improve the HRS service delivery and to align with the requirements of changing administrative processes of the Court, HRS service delivery automation and the digitization of personnel files have been identified as essential in further automating and digitizing the administration of the Court. To support the successful implementation of these automation and digitization initiatives, the Court wishes to receive detailed proposals for the implementation of an HRS service delivery system and the delivery and implementation of  a digital personnel file system (DPF).
