GCP/SEC/293/GFF: Procurement of agricultural crops to deliver to various locations of the Kyrgyz Republic

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the procurement of agricultural crops (corn, winter wheat, alpha-alpha (lucerne) and sainfoin seeds) to deliver to various locations of the Kyrgyz Republic
o Detailed description of commodity and quantity :
Agricultural crops
1. CORN SEEDS – 8000 kg
2. WINTER WHEAT SEEDS – 63 900 kg.
3. ALPHA-ALPHA (Lucerne) SEEDS – 4 600 kg.
4. SAINFOIN SEEDS -12 360 kg.

o Delivery Times: Within 14 calendar days after issuance of FAO Purchase order to rayons (Kochkor, At-Bashy, Suzak , Kara-Suu and Nookat ) of the Kyrgyz Republic as per Distribution plan.
o Destination country/countries - Kyrgyzstan on DAP Incoterms 2010 basis.
If you are interested in submitting an offer, please make sure to have, at least, a UNGM Basic Registration with FAO (www.ungm.org).
Instructions on how to access FAO tender documents through UNGM are attached to the present Notice under the “DOCUMENTS” tab; please follow these instructions when submitting your bid.

Documents to be submitted as essential elements of the bid:
a) Legal entity certificate from the relevant authority (enclose a copy);
b) Duly Accomplished Technical Specifications Form as provided in Appendix “I”.
c) Duly Accomplished Financial proposal form as provided in Appendix “II”
d) Duly Accomplished Bid Submission Letter as provided in Appendix “III”
e) Full acceptance of the FAO General Terms and Conditions for Goods.

OFFERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL.
OFFERS NOT SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL WILL BE INVALIDATED.
