Description

Objective and purpose

The capacity assessment consultancy has the following objectives:

I. Assess the socio-economic and politico-cultural environment and context of Adado;

II. Map the existing governmental structures in Adado District and outline their mandates and functions;
III. Conduct a Capacity Assessment of the Adado District Council and District Administration
IV. Based on the Capacity Assessment, identify and develop realistic, feasible and time-bound Capacity Development Strategy(ies) that can be implemented over two years
