Research Database Individual Consultant
WHO/SRH/RLC seeks qualified individual consultant(s) with expert knowledge of systems design development and analysis, as well as advanced programming techniques to work on (1) electronic data capture (EDC) system development, (2) management of research and surveillance data collection, and (3) development and maintenance of e-platform projects.

The interested candidates are expected to provide, to SIS@who.int and by the deadline, the following documents:

  • Cover letter that highlights prior experience relevant to the RFP
  • Curriculum vitae or Resume not to exceed 4 pages
  • Sample screen-shots with brief description of most complex EDC recently developed by the candidate
  • Information relevant to validation testing of the eDC recently developed
  • Availability for period proposed, and
  • Approximate daily rate of financial renumeration expected.

Upon selection, the individual consultant will be requested to provide: diplomas, work or residence permit, Declaration of Interests (DoI) form, copy of passport, medical clearance for fitness to work.
