LRPS-2020-9159496 for long term arrangement for software, mobile development and maintenance services

Dear Sir/Madam,

UNICEF Lebanon would like to tender for provision of  for long term arrangement for software, mobile development and maintenance services as stipulated in the attached LRFP. Hence, I am writing to invite you for submitting your proposal to bid no. LRPS-2020-9159496.

Proposals must be submitted to the following secured email ONLY  (lebtender@unicef.org)  not later than 12:00 hour on 22 July 2020, otherwise it will be considered invalid.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRFP number- name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal. The technical proposal does not contain prices.

-Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRFP number- name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.

 IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY (arimlawi@unicef.org & sselwan@unicef.org) and will not be considered through phone calls by latest 09 July 2020.
• Please use the attached Annex for pricing.xlsx for submitting your quotation in two forms excel and signed pdf.
