Dear Sir / Madam,

 

 

Some queries were raised regarding this invitation and you can find the clarifications below:

 

 

1-         The unit Prices of the drinking water/Sewerage HDPE  pipes .

The vendor can state hid bid for both kinds in the table if differs.

 

2-         Origin of pips

One of the strict conditions of the funds offered by worldwide donors (Governorates who donate funds to UNICEF)  is not to deal with Iranian products, so Iranian products are not acceptable.

 

3-         Submitting  offers 

For all types of pipes, kindly to state your offer per pipe (6 m long) , except the HDPE pipe , the unit price should per meter length.

 

4-         Quantities needed

UNICEF will place their request for the Supply/Delivery of pipes to The vendor/s who will be awarded this Long term arrangement(LTA) as upon the UNICEF’s need for this items (based on the agreed unit prices , and delivery duration) .

 

5-         Test certificate

Suppliers must provide Certificate of Origin (CoO), and Test Certificate from University of Technology in Baghdad or any other certified test certificate from the country of Origin (Globally approved firms) along with their offers before the date of 03.08.2020 .

 

6- The Bidder can add any comment if he thinks that it may affect his offer regarding the price or requested specifications .
