Description
The Conference requires different types of venues, viz. main plenary hall, committee meeting halls, reception halls, exhibition halls, side events’ hall, space for media, space for security, space for medical services, space for information and telecommunication services, public demonstration, refreshment halls, and many more.
This baseball field will have minimum use for the conference but if there are public who wish to demonstrate their feelings in the presence of World Leaders this space will be provided to display placards and also to gather for the demonstration.
The scope of works include:
1) Replacing of existing roofing, strengthening of purlins, and installation of rain gutters;
2) Repair of benches;
3) Paintings;
4) Baseball field pitch evening and greening;
5) Renovation of Press Box;
6) Repair of electrical fittings;
7) Replacement of existing fence, some new fencing with galvanised wire chain-link;
8) Back backfilling;
9) Hydroseeding of the outfield;
10) Artificial turfing for the infield; and
11) Others.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
