Provision of various maintenance services for UN premises in Haiti (BINUH)

The United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH) seeks expression of interest (EOI) from reputed engineering construction and maintenance service companies to provide various maintenance services and related activities shall include, but not be limited to: a. Building Maintenance works such as painting, locksmith works, flooring, roofing and ceiling repair works, etc. b. Plumbing Maintenance works c. Electrical installation and repair works d. HVAC installation and repair works e. Generator Maintenance/Servicing Works f. General Casual Services requiring unskilled tasks for activities such as loading, unloading, transporting merchandise and support to other skilled tasks, etc. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided in the UN's Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be emailed to all vendors responding to this EOI, in consideration of the conditions listed below. No further details will be made available prior to the issuance and dispatch of the RFP. Conditions: 1. Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest (EOI) by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information: i. United Nations Global Market (UNGM) Registration Number. (Mandatory – see no. 2 below) ii. Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.); 2. If not registered with the UNGM, interested companies can access the registration website: www.ungm.org for registration and other necessary information. The registration for the services required is FREE and MANDATORY for responding to this REOI. Companies not meeting the above conditions will not be invited for competitive bidding.). Important Notice: 3. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. BINUH reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 4. BINUH also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirements. 5. Vendors already registered at the UNGM basic level are strongly advised to upgrade to level 1 6. Local and Regional Companies are encouraged to apply 7.
