Request for proposal for the construction of Boreholes in North East of Nigeria - Borno, Adamawa, Yobe and any other place in Nigeria

Request for proposal as per attached ToR and RFP - please note these instructions:

All bidders should indicate their interest to participate by sending an email to tidowu@unicef.org copy mtokhi@unicef.org for them to be given access to the link where the bidding documents are i.e BoQ and Architectural drawings

- There will be a pre-bidding conference meeting on  zoom platform. Kindly indicate your interest to participate by sending an email to the email addresses provided above latest by 12th June, 2020 to enable them share the link with you. The time and date for the meeting will be indicated on the invitation

- All proposals should be sent to ngrsupply@unicef.org with the RFP number and title of the project clearly indicated. You will receive and automated response. Please don’t reply. But contact us if no automated response was received. Proposal without RFP and title on the subject matter of the email will be treated as invalid.

- All proposals should indicate the names, email address and contact phone number of the contact person.

- Technical and Financial proposals should be separately made and indicated so.

- Please adhere to the above instructions and deadline for submission which is 26th June, 2020 on or before 12.30pm

- This is an RFP and as such, two proposals (technical + financial) in separate files are expected 

- The first pages of all your correspondence should have the name, phone number and email address of the contact person. 

Make all your proposals on your letter head paper, duly signed with the name and contact details of the signatory.
