III.2.1  Eligibility Requirements:

In order to prove that the economic operator is eligible to participate in the procurement procedure the economic operator should submit the following documentary evidence:

a.        declaration under oath signed and stamp by the tenderer in the form attached in (ANNEX 3) for situations referred to point 1 a) the b) should be submitted along with your tender

b.     a proof  issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority of the tenderer’s country of establishment  for situations referred to point 2  a), c), d) and e) AND point 3  a), b) and d),

c.      a certificate issued by the competent authority or public operator attesting that such situation does not exist as per situation referred to in point 3. h) and k).

d.      a proof issued by the tax administration of the tenderer’s country of establishment as per situation referred to in point 3 h) and i).that the mentioned economic operator is not delayed/delinquent in payment of taxes, should be submitted along with your tender (for local economic operators this evidence can be obtained at Tex Administration of Kosova)

III.2.2  Professional Suitability:

1. Registration as economic operator in professional, commercial and/or corporate register in your country of establishment.
2. Economic Operators must be certified for provision of legal services under English Law and be allowed to conduct legal representative services at International Chamber of Commerce (i.e. member of any required institution / association or any other requirement required to be allowed provision of legal services at ICC)

Documentary evidence required

1. Copy of business registration certificate or a signed statement from the appropriate public authority in your country of establishment of economic operator of registration of economic operator in professional, commercial and/or corporate registers or, if not possible, a statement under oath concerning such registration shall be submitted.  
2. A statement from the appropriate authority, public domain or any other written evidence showing that Economic Operator fulfills criteria of section III.2.2

a.       The economic operators must have conducted at least one legal representation at International Chamber of Commerce during the last three calendar years (01.01.2007 till the tender submission date).
